.Net Tech Lead | Specialist

• Atuar como líder técnico no time, coordenando as atividades de desenvolvimento front-end e back-end;
• Garantir a qualidade técnica das entregas, assegurando aderência a padrões de desenvolvimento, performance e escalabilidade;
• Colaborar com outras squads e áreas envolvidas no projeto, promovendo integração entre sistemas e times;
• Participar ativamente das cerimônias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban), promovendo alinhamento técnico e contribuindo com a evolução do time;
• Realizar revisões de código, orientar desenvolvedores e apoiar a resolução de problemas técnicos complexos;
• Garantir o uso adequado de boas práticas de desenvolvimento, testes e versionamento de código;
• Apoiar na definição e implementação de estratégias de integração contínua, entrega contínua (CI/CD) e monitoramento de aplicações.

• Experiência sólida em Back End .Net;
• ntegração com APIs REST e Microsserviços;
• Experiência com Banco de Dados relacionais e/ou não relacionais;
• Prática com metodologias ágeis (Scrum e/ou Kanban);
• Experiência com controle de versão utilizando Git;
• Experiência com ferramentas de mensageria (Rabbit MQ);
• Experiência com Docker e Kubernetes;
• Atuação com Elastic Search;
• Vivência com liderança técnica e suporte a times de desenvolvimento;
• Capacidade de propor soluções alinhadas à arquitetura estabelecida;
• Experiência em estimativa de prazos e acompanhamento de entregas.
• Diferenciais: Conhecimento em Front End com Angular.
