Product Analyst | MID/Senior

• Analisar os requisitos de negócios junto ao cliente;
• Detalhar os requisitos de negócio em histórias do usuário no Jira;
• Apoiar o time no detalhamento técnico das histórias no Jira;
• Formalizar o escopo ao cliente via email;
• Definir e acompanhar de métricas e resultados das implementações.

• Conhecimento em levantamento e documentação de requisitos de negócio;
• Vivência prática com Jira (user stories, backlog, priorização);
• Boa capacidade de comunicação escrita e verbal, incluindo formalização de escopo e alinhamentos com clientes;
• Habilidade em definir métricas e acompanhar indicadores de sucesso das entregas;
• Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban);
• Desejável: Inglês ou espanhol intermediário/avançado para interação com clientes internacionais.
