Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Definir a arquitetura global do projeto, abrangendo aplicações em Python;
- Projetar padrões de desenvolvimento e integração para MCPs e soluções baseadas em agentes inteligentes;
- Garantir conformidade arquitetural com práticas modernas (microsserviços, APIs REST/GraphQL, mensageria, conteinerização);
- Avaliar e recomendar frameworks, SDKs e toolkits (como FastMCP e Agent Development Kit - ADK) para acelerar a implementação de agentes;
- Apoiar a definição de estratégias de observabilidade, segurança, escalabilidade e resiliência em ambiente AWS;
- Conduzir revisões técnicas de arquitetura e apoiar code reviews críticos;
- Atuar como mentor técnico, orientando desenvolvedores;
- Participar de alinhamentos executivos, traduzindo aspectos técnicos em visão clara de valor para stakeholders de negócio.
Requisitos e qualificações
- Experiência comprovada em arquitetura de software corporativa em projetos de grande porte;
- Proficiência em Python, com visão estratégica de integração entre stacks;
- Conhecimentos em Node.js e Java;
- Experiência com microsserviços, APIs REST/GraphQL, mensageria;
- Containers (Docker, Kubernetes) e arquitetura em nuvem (AWS);
- Experiência com FastMCP;
- Vivência com Agent Development Kit (ADK) ou alternativas open-source para desenvolvimento de agentes.
