Service Designer | MID (Porto Alegre/RS)

• Planejar e conduzir pesquisas qualitativas e quantitativas com usuários;
• Traduzir insights em oportunidades de melhoria para produtos e serviços digitais;
• Mapear jornadas, ecossistemas e experiências de ponta a ponta;
• Facilitar workshops de co-criação com stakeholders internos e externos;
• Colaborar com times como produto, tecnologia, dados, marketing e atendimento para garantir uma visão integrada da experiência;
• Criar e manter artefatos de design de serviço como blueprints, personas, mapas de empatia e fluxos de experiência.

• Experiência como UX Researcher e Service Designer;
• Vivência anterior em projetos de e-commerce (preferencialmente com foco em jornada de compra, retenção ou atendimento);
• Habilidade de comunicação clara e empática com diferentes perfis de stakeholders;
• Capacidade de trabalhar de forma cross-funcional, integrando áreas diversas;
• Conhecimento em métodos de pesquisa (entrevistas, testes de usabilidade, surveys, desk research);
• Familiaridade com ferramentas como Miro, Figma, Loop, entre outras;
• Experiência com métricas de Experiência (NPS, CSAT etc).
