Responsabilidades e atribuições

Criar e revisar textos para fluxos de conversa em WhatsApp e RCS;
Garantir linguagem clara, empática e alinhada ao tom da marca;
Colaborar com times de UX/UI e Produto para definir jornadas conversacionais;
Adaptar mensagens conforme contexto e canal;
Contribuir com boas práticas de UX Writing e design conversacional.

Requisitos e qualificações

Experiência anterior com jornadas conversacionais (WhatsApp, RCS, chatbot ou similares);
Sólidos conhecimentos de UX Writing;
Capacidade de trabalhar em parceria com times de UX/UI;
Boa comunicação e perfil colaborativo;
Desejável experiência com produtos de telecom ou assistentes virtuais;
Diferenciais: Já ter atuado com experiências de WhatsApp, conhecimento em RCS (Rich Communication Services).
