Responsibilities

Partnerships & Ecosystem

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Partner Account Executives (Digital & SMB).

  • Act as the local point of contact in Lisbon and surrounding regions.

  • Represent Aktie Now in partner meetings, enablement sessions, and industry events.

Business Development & Sales

  • Prospect into Digital and SMB accounts across the EMEA region.

  • Qualify opportunities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

  • Deliver standard Zendesk demos (Digital & SMB segments).

  • Coordinate with delivery and pre-sales teams for proposals and solution scoping.

  • Independently close deals and manage the full sales cycle.

Market Presence & Events

  • Attend and support CX-related industry events.

  • Organize and support small meetups, roundtables, and joint partner initiatives.

Market Intelligence

  • Provide structured feedback on market trends, competitors, and Zendesk ecosystem dynamics.

  • Contribute to refining the Go-To-Market (GTM) approach based on field insights.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, Customer Experience (CX), or technology services.

  • Background in business development or hybrid sales roles (full-cycle preferred).

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to conduct standard demos and lead sales conversations.

  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and results-driven.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).

  • Fixed monthly compensation plus variable commission.

  • Annual bonus (subject to achievement of financial targets).
