Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is seeking a full-time Account Executive / Sales Closer to join our remote team.

This role focuses on converting pre-qualified inbound leads into clients for our digital marketing services, including SEO, paid advertising, website design, outbound campaigns, and GTM consulting.

The ideal candidate has experience selling digital marketing services and is comfortable managing the full closing process from initial discovery to signed agreement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Close deals for digital marketing services including SEO, paid ads, website design, outbound campaigns, and GTM consulting
  • Manage sales opportunities using Pipedrive CRM
  • Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations with qualified prospects
  • Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to contract
  • Maintain clear communication with leads and internal teams
  • Track sales metrics such as closing rate, opportunity conversion, and deal value
  • Continuously improve performance through training and feedback

Requirements

  • Experience in client-facing sales roles
  • Experience selling digital marketing services or agency services
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a structured sales pipeline
  • Comfortable working within U.S. time zones
  • Ability to work full-time in a remote environment
