The Role
The Account Strategist plays a key role in uncovering and analyzing cultural insights using our Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Intelligence platform. You'll support your team in transforming complex data into clear, actionable strategies for our clients. This role is focused on hands-on analysis, insight generation, and contributing to the development of compelling narratives that help brands understand and navigate the cultural landscape. You will learn to command our platform and methodologies, growing your expertise in cultural intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize the Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) Intelligence platform to identify, analyze, and interpret cultural trends, consumer behaviors, and emerging narratives relevant to client projects.
Develop cultural analyses, trend reports, and strategic recommendations for clients.
Contribute to the creation of client-facing presentations and deliverables, helping to craft compelling stories from data.
Assist in client onboarding processes, including platform calibration and initial data exploration, tailored to specific business challenges.
Collaborate with the Data & strategy teams to refine queries and ensure the accuracy and relevance of the insights generated.
Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh perspectives on cultural phenomena.
Stay updated on social media trends, digital culture, and innovative research methodologies.
Assist in capturing and documenting project outcomes and contribute to the development of case studies and marketing materials.
Support cross-functional teams by contributing to the refinement of internal processes and sharing learnings from client projects.
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of experience in market research, content strategy, creative planning, social media analysis/management/strategy, or a related insights role.
A genuine passion for culture, social media, and understanding its effect on consumer behavior.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information from various sources and identify patterns.
Good verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for storytelling and presenting information clearly.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for research and analysis; experience with social listening or trend forecasting tools is a plus.
A proactive, curious, and self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in AI-driven cultural intelligence.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player with a growth mindset.
Familiarity with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) and data visualization.
