- We are hiring experienced US Accounting Managers who are ready to operate as trusted finance partners to US CFOs and Controllers — owning close cycles, financial reporting, and operational excellence.
The Opportunity
You will serve as a direct extension of a US finance team, leading month-end close and overseeing reporting accuracy for high-growth and mid-market US companies.

What You Will Own
- Lead and manage full month-end close under US GAAP
- Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting packages
- Ensure financial statements are accurate and timely
- Supervise and guide accounting team members
- Interface directly with US Controllers and CFOs
- Strengthen reporting frameworks and internal controls
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 6–8+ years of US GAAP accounting experience
- Demonstrated leadership of close cycles
- Experience managing or mentoring accounting teams
- Strong financial reporting and GL expertise
- Experience working directly with US stakeholders
- ERP exposure (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong professional English communication
