About the Opportunity
Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) AI is seeking a strategic AI Transformation Director to define the blueprint for the AI-native enterprise. You will act as the principal architect of transformation for our largest clients, operating at the portfolio level to align AI adoption with corporate strategy. By partnering with C-level executives and boards, you will orchestrate the organizational shift required for long-term AI maturity, shifting the enterprise from pilot-driven experimentation to a unified, scalable AI operating model. You are the steward of the enterprise’s AI transformation, responsible for defining the governance, culture, and strategic frameworks that ensure AI investments drive sustainable competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Transformation Strategy: Orchestrate enterprise-wide transformation roadmaps that align diverse AI initiatives with long-term business objectives and financial performance.
Strategic Governance Design: Define and institutionalize enterprise AI operating models, establishing the decision-making frameworks, funding processes, and organizational structures required to govern AI at scale.
Cross-Functional Architecture: Define the cross-departmental standards and systemic patterns for AI integration, ensuring consistency across disparate business units and technology stacks.
Executive Alignment & Maturity: Advise C-suite leadership on AI maturity, identifying systemic bottlenecks and driving the cultural and process shifts necessary to sustain an AI-first organization.
Value & Risk Stewardship: Establish a portfolio-level view of AI ROI and risk, setting policies for ethical compliance, data sovereignty, and operational resilience across all projects.
Institutional Standardization: Develop "AI Playbooks" that standardize transformation methodology, ensuring that best practices are codified and scalable across the entire client organization.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Proven track record of leading multiple large-scale enterprise transformation projects, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and deliver measurable business outcomes.
10+ years in management consulting or strategic advisory roles, with significant experience in Data, AI, or Digital Transformation projects.
Proven track record of building trusted relationships with C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs) and translating complex technical concepts into clear business narratives.
Deep understanding of AI governance, organizational design for AI, and the challenges of enterprise-scale AI adoption.
Experience with modern data and AI stacks and familiarity with agentic development principles.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to lead complex engagement negotiations and drive commercial growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and facilitate organizational change.
