The Agency
We handle full-service Amazon management for a growing portfolio of ~40 US and Canadian brands. Our team runs account strategy, content, advertising, and logistics. We are creating this dedicated logistics role to centralize fulfillment operations and give our team the support structure to scale.
What This Role Is
A senior logistics operator position inside a multi-client Amazon agency. You will manage all fulfillment and inventory coordination across the portfolio, acting as the single point of contact for anything shipment, inventory, or compliance related. You will work closely with Account Managers, the operations team, and co-founders.
Your Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and monitor FBA shipment plans in Amazon Seller Central for all client accounts
- Coordinate with client 3PLs and prep centers on inbound logistics: kitting, labeling, barcoding, timing
- Own carrier selection and shipping execution (Amazon Partnered Carrier, UPS, FedEx, plus international carriers for Canada cross-border)
- Track inbound inventory from creation through Amazon warehouse check-in
- Manage AWD accounts where applicable
- Keep hazmat and dangerous goods compliance documentation current
- Handle removal orders, reimbursement cases, and disposal requests in Seller Central
- Serve as the logistics point of contact in client Slack channels
- Coordinate inbound timing and logistics updates directly with client ops teams
- Work with Account Managers on inventory request sheets and Finance and Logistics tracking
- Proactively flag issues to Operations and leadership before they escalate
What You Need
- 4+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience with FBA operations (non-negotiable)
- Experience managing logistics at volume: multiple accounts, large catalog, or agency setting
- 3PL coordination and carrier management experience
- Proficiency in inventory and replenishment tools (Sellerise, SoStocked, or similar)
- High attention to detail and a structured, process-driven work approach
- Strong async communication skills in a Slack-based remote environment
