We've built an AI-powered platform that consolidates data from the world's largest social video platforms to map human behavior, identify cultural shifts, and turn those signals into strategic decisions for the brands competing hardest for consumer attention.
We serve some of the most demanding players in the market — industries where staying ahead of culture isn't optional. It's the game.
And now, we're building the commercial infrastructure to bring that capability to the entire US market.
We're looking for a BDR – Strategic Partnerships to be one of the first voices introducing cultural intelligence to brands that don't yet know they need it.
This is a demand generation role — outbound-first, fast-paced, and high-ownership. You'll prospect, qualify, and generate meetings for our Senior Account Executives, working across the verticals where culture moves fastest and decisions move biggest.

This role is NOT for you if:
✗ You need a warm pipeline handed to you ✗ You've never built a prospecting cadence from scratch ✗ You think "cultural intelligence" is just another SaaS category ✗ You're looking for a structured, predictable, already-established sales motion
This role IS for you if:
✔ You've already survived a cold pipeline — and figured out how to crack it ✔ You have 3+ years in BDR/SDR or demand generation in a B2B SaaS environment ✔ You understand that selling an insight platform requires a consultative, not transactional, approach ✔ You're fluent or native in English and write outreach that actually gets opened ✔ You're proficient with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot — and you use data to optimize, not just to report ✔ You want to be present at the beginning of something, not just inside something that's already running
What you'll own from day one:
→ Outbound prospecting across priority verticals — CPG, Retail, QSR, Beauty and others→ Executing multi-channel prospecting via LinkedIn, email, phone, and video outreach → Processing and qualifying marketing-sourced leads from events and demand gen initiatives → Building and continuously testing prospecting cadences in collaboration with our marketing team → Scheduling and handing off qualified meetings to Senior AEs — with full context, not just a calendar invite → Maintaining CRM hygiene in HubSpot with discipline and accuracy → Developing a working knowledge of the full sales cycle to support deal progression
What we're looking for beyond the resume:
We care less about where you've been and more about how you think and how you operate.
We want someone who treats cold outreach as a craft — not a numbers game. Someone who listens before they pitch. Someone who can walk into a conversation with a CMO in the CPG or Retail space and articulate why cultural intelligence matters right now — and make that person want to take the meeting.
Bonus points if you have experience with ABM strategies, or have worked with platforms like Dripify, Lusha, or Meetime. A background in marketing, communications, advertising, or digital media makes you even more interesting to us.
