Job Title: Business Operations Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on and systems-minded Business Operations Specialist to help us scale smarter. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing automation workflows, integrating tools and platforms, and improving internal operations across multiple teams.

You’ll collaborate with departments like Sales, Success, Talent Acquisition and Finance to identify inefficiencies, build automations, and ensure that our internal systems are simple, scalable, and effective. Your work will have a direct and visible impact on how we operate and grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement automation workflows: Build scalable and reliable automations that improve how we operate day to day.

  • Manage system and API integrations: Connect tools like HubSpot, Stripe, Notion, Calendly, Slack, and others to streamline processes and reduce manual work.

  • Optimize internal processes: Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and improve them with usability and scalability in mind.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Sales, Success, and Finance to understand their operational needs and build practical, value-driven solutions.

  • Monitor and improve automations: Ensure everything runs smoothly and continuously optimize based on performance and feedback.

  • Enablement and documentation: Provide teams with clear documentation and light training to ensure that automations are well understood and used correctly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience with HubSpot, including workflows, custom properties, lifecycle management, and automation across deals and tickets

  • Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar no-code/low-code integration tools

  • Familiarity with tools like Stripe, Asana, Calendly, Google Sheets, and ATS platforms (e.g., Fountain, Greenhouse, Workable – not required, but a plus)

  • Solid understanding of API-based integrations and system architecture

  • Comfortable building and maintaining internal documentation and operational reports to support cross-team visibility and adoption

  • Experience working with dashboards and operational reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, or similar) to support visibility, decision-making, and process improvement

  • Data-savvy mindset, able to read and organize operational data (not necessarily advanced analysis)

  • Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving, with attention to usability and scalability

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Bonus: Experience in BizOps, RevOps, or working in SaaS/Tech companies
Experience building or maintaining operational dashboards (Power BI experience is a strong plus)
