We are seeking a talented Demand Generation Manager to help drive our growth.

Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute strategies that generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate has a strong background in demand generation, including email marketing, paid ads, SEO, and SEM. Experience in content creation and selling into retail healthcare is highly preferred. This role is crucial as it will have significant impact on our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies and campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Manage and optimize marketing channels, including email, paid advertising, SEO, and SEM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and drive revenue.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Utilize A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation and digital marketing.
  • Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts.

Requirements and Skills:

  • 5-7 years of experience in demand generation or a related field.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, paid ads, SEO, and SEM.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in the Veterinary industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot and Google Ads is highly preferred.
  • Experience in content creation is a plus.
  • Experience selling into retail healthcare is highly preferred.
