About the Role

3500 Square, LLC, an SBA 8(a), SDVOSB, and HUBZone-certified federal contractor, is seeking a driven Business Analyst to join our agile team. This role is essential in identifying business needs, translating requirements into actionable user stories, and collaborating with end users and technical teams to deliver solutions that support program and stakeholder goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Demonstrated experience analyzing business needs and translating those needs into clear technical requirements or user stories
Experience in backlog refinement and requirements management for technology projects
Ability to work effectively with both end users and technical teams to validate functionality and ensure alignment with program objectives

Primary Responsibilities:

Analyze and document business needs, processes, and workflows to recommend effective technology solutions
Translate business requirements into user stories and detailed acceptance criteria
Support backlog refinement activities to ensure accurate prioritization and scope management
Collaborate with end users and technical teams to validate functionality and confirm solutions meet all program and stakeholder needs
Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and successful outcomes
