Business Consultant (SAP S4/HANA)

Responsibilities

• Champion the global approach for automated Invoice to Pay (I2P) processes, promoting efficiency and adoption of VIM features
• Improve Paid on Time performance through global process standardization, targeted technology enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration
• Facilitate requirements gathering and blueprinting workshops, identifying compliance gaps tied to regional legal and regulatory needs
• Validate and approve functional specifications, emphasizing invoice approval workflows, exception handling, and custom developments
• Design and run robust User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm all critical business scenarios are covered
• Identify and resolve functional, process, and integration risks affecting systems beyond the implementation partner’s regional scope
• Produce and verify internal documentation, including process flows, training materials, and operational support guides for transition
• Deliver training for regional end-users and stakeholders to ensure full GoLive readiness
• Coordinate transition to operational support, including stabilization, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts
• Represent global end-user needs by balancing usability and adoption with process integrity and technical feasibility

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business consulting roles focused on SAP S4/HANA and large-scale rollout programs
• Strong expertise in Invoice to Pay processes, VIM features, and touchless invoice processing strategies
• Solid background in requirements elicitation, solution design, and blueprinting for SAP implementations
• Hands-on experience creating UAT plans, driving quality assurance, and reducing functional and integration risks
• Proven ability to produce clear documentation for training delivery and operational use
• Working knowledge of local legal and regulatory requirements within LATAM regions
• Demonstrated flexibility to drive business process adoption and enable technology optimizations
• SAP S4/HANA certification
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
