Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies and plans aligned with business objectives;
- Partner with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to assess change impacts and drive adoption;
- Create and deliver communication, engagement, and training strategies that support successful organizational transitions;
- Conduct stakeholder analyses, change readiness assessments, and resistance management activities;
- Monitor change adoption metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement;
- Foster strong relationships across cross-functional and multicultural teams, promoting collaboration and inclusion;
- Support a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence aligned with the client's values;
- Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably within large-scale transformation programs;
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment;
- Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and accountability;
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, inclusion, integrity, and continuous improvement;
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required;
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across North America, Latin America, and global teams;
- Working hours: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Brazil Time Zone);
- Ability to collaborate with regional and global teams across multiple time zones, as needed.
