We are seeking a Portuguese-speaking Chief of Infrastructure Integration to lead and manage strategic IT infrastructure integration initiatives, particularly in the complex realm of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). This influential leadership position is dedicated to ensuring integration across various IT domains, with a focus on security, compliance, and business continuity aligned with organizational goals and long-term strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee large-scale infrastructure workstreams for M&A integrations, including strategic Day 1 planning and long-term post-close activities
  • Define, approve, and implement infrastructure integration frameworks, high-level roadmaps, critical milestones, TSA requirements, and contingency measures
  • Provide executive oversight for technical discovery processes, legacy environment assessments, and the design of future-state architectures
  • Establish governance across areas such as Network & Connectivity (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, segmentation), Identity & Access (AD/Azure AD, IAM, SSO/MFA, privileged access management), Messaging & Collaboration (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace transitions), Endpoint & Device Management (Intune/SCCM/MDM, patching, encryption), Server/Cloud Platforms (Windows/Linux, virtualization, AWS/Azure/GCP), and ITSM & Observability (ServiceNow, CMDB, monitoring/logging)
  • Ensure IT integration efforts adhere to enterprise security, compliance, and risk-management policies, incorporating advanced data protection and audit measures
  • Foster collaboration across application, security, workplace, and business teams, while managing vendor relationships and external service providers
  • Monitor program performance through executive dashboards, clearly communicating risks, challenges, and successes to senior stakeholders
  • Manage resource allocation, financial planning, and budgeting to support the efficient delivery of integration programs
  • Guide seamless handovers by overseeing the development of runbooks, documentation, and post-integration operational models

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with significant leadership exposure (2+ years) managing large-scale enterprise and integration programs
  • Extensive background in M&A integration initiatives or similarly complex global IT transformation projects
  • Comprehensive expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, covering advanced networking systems, identity (AD/Azure AD/Zero Trust), endpoint management, and hybrid/cloud ecosystems, supported by a strong understanding of security frameworks
  • Strong ability to provide leadership to globally dispersed teams, with a clear strategic focus on driving stakeholder alignment and execution
  • Mastery of program and project management methodologies, with proven experience in planning, governance, issue mitigation, and large-scale execution
  • Outstanding communication skills and stakeholder management abilities, with demonstrated expertise in conveying technical concepts to both C-level executives and non-technical teams
  • Deep experience with TSA strategy, implementation, and migration to end-state systems, along with proficiency in cloud transformation and Zero Trust security principles
  • Advanced-level English proficiency (C1)
  • Upper-Intermediate proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (B2+ level)
