We are seeking a Portuguese-speaking Chief of Infrastructure Integration to lead enterprise infrastructure integration across M&A, balancing speed with security, compliance, and resilience. Responsibilities
- Drive large infrastructure integration workstreams for M&A programs, including Day 1 planning and post-close activities
- Approve and roll out integration frameworks, roadmaps, milestone schedules, TSA requirements, and contingency measures
- Lead executive-level discovery oversight, legacy environment assessment, and future-state architecture design
- Implement governance across Network & Connectivity (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, segmentation), Identity & Access (AD/Azure AD, IAM, SSO/MFA, privileged access management), Messaging & Collaboration (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace transitions), Endpoint & Device Management (Intune/SCCM/MDM, patching, encryption), Server/Cloud Platforms (Windows/Linux, virtualization, AWS/Azure/GCP), and ITSM & Observability (ServiceNow, CMDB, monitoring/logging)
- Maintain adherence to enterprise security, compliance, and risk-management policies with strong audit and data protection controls
- Partner with application, security, workplace, and business stakeholders while overseeing vendors and external service providers
- Communicate program progress through executive dashboards and provide clear updates on risks, obstacles, and outcomes
- Oversee resource allocation and manage financial planning and budgets to support delivery of integration programs
- Ensure effective handovers by owning runbooks, documentation, and post-integration operational models
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, including 2+ years leading large-scale enterprise integration programs
- Demonstrated success delivering M&A integrations or comparable complex global IT transformation initiatives
- Strong technical breadth in enterprise infrastructure, including advanced networking, identity (AD/Azure AD/Zero Trust), endpoint management, and hybrid/cloud ecosystems with security framework expertise
- Ability to lead globally distributed teams and keep stakeholders aligned on strategy and execution
- Strong program and project management expertise covering governance, planning, mitigation of issues, and large-scale execution
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting technical topics to C-level and non-technical audiences
- Hands-on leadership with TSA strategy, delivery, and migration to end-state environments, plus cloud transformation and Zero Trust security principles
- Advanced English proficiency (C1)
- Upper-Intermediate Brazilian Portuguese proficiency (B2+ level)
