Key Responsibilities1. Daily Operations
- Open and close the shop
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory (coffee beans, milk, pastries, supplies)
- Coordinate with suppliers and place orders
2. Staff Management
- Hire, train, and schedule baristas and support staff
- Supervise performance and provide feedback
- Foster teamwork and maintain positive morale
- Handle conflict resolution when needed
3. Customer Service
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Address customer complaints professionally
- Maintain service standards and brand image
4. Financial Management
- Manage budgets and control costs
- Track sales and analyze performance
- Handle cash management and daily reporting
- Implement strategies to increase revenue
5. Marketing & Growth
- Promote special offers and seasonal drinks
- Manage local advertising or social media presence
- Build relationships within the community
