About the Role
We are hiring a Copywriting & Social Media Lead who understands human psychology,
positioning, and cognitive clarity — and who can turn strategy into words that move behavior.
This role owns the narrative layer of our growth engine:
● Hooks
● Messaging
● Subject lines
● Landing page copy
● Social positioning
● Thought leadership tone
● Narrative consistency across channels
AI can generate text.
We need someone who can generate judgment — and who masters AI to turn their strategic
thinking into an efficiency machine.
The goal of this role is not just to write.
It is to elevate how ClickGuard communicates, thinks, and differentiates — by knowing how to direct AI to produce high-quality output with cognitive clarity and strategic control.
Key Responsibilities
● Own the copy strategy across website, landing pages, ads, email, social media, blog, and any other relevant channel.
● Develop high-leverage messaging frameworks (hooks, angles, positioning narratives).
● Improve conversion through stronger cognitive clarity.
● Collaborate closely with other channels to align messaging with funnel stages.
● Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling communication.
● Create social content that builds authority, not just visibility.
● Ensure perfect alignment with the brand voice and the CEO’s tone.
● Use AI tools to accelerate output while maintaining strategic control and quality.
This role defines how the market understands ClickGuard — through clarity, narrative control, and intellectual sharpness.
Mandatory Requirements
● Near-native level of written and spoken English.
● Proven experience in copywriting for performance-driven environments.
● Deep understanding of:
○ Hooks
○ Subject lines
○ CTA mechanics
○ Funnel-stage messaging
○ Psychological triggers (risk, urgency, authority, loss, proof, clarity)
● Strong understanding of how messaging impacts:
○ CTR
○ Activation
○ Demo bookings
○ Conversion rates
● Demonstrated ability to think critically about messaging (not just execute briefs).
● Comfortable working in fast iteration cycles.
● Strong AI operator skills.
● Ability to work with Hero content and craft high-impact narrative assets.
● Demonstrated ability to perfectly match and adapt to brand voice — including CEO tone, rhythm, and communication style.
● High standards for quality — you instinctively feel when something is weak and cannot
ignore it.
● Strong ownership mentality — you don’t wait for briefs, you challenge them.
● Low tolerance for mediocrity in messaging.
● Ability to extract strategic positioning from product reality and convert it into clear, differentiated messaging.
Qualifications & Skills
● Experience writing for:
○ Landing pages
○ Email marketing
○ Paid ads (Google, Meta and LinkedIn)
○ Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube)
○ Blog
● Ability to connect messaging across channels into one coherent narrative.
● Strong instinct for identifying weak hooks and rewriting them into high-leverage ones.
● Experience collaborating with designers and performance marketers.
● Experience working closely with CRO teams and understanding how messaging interacts with UX.
● Experience testing multiple positioning angles for the same product and explaining whatchanged and why.
● Understanding of how copy fits into lifecycle journeys (activation, retention, expansion).
● Ability to turn one insight into multiple narrative angles across channels.
