Job Title: Virtual Corporate Recruiter
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time (Contract)
Pay: $8-10/hr.
Schedule: M-F, 8:30A-5:30P, eastern
Industry: Construction

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Corporate Recruiter to join our team and help source, screen, and onboard top-tier talent across various departments within our company, such as Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and Admin. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in identifying qualified candidates who align with our company's values and the specific needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates based on job requirements
  • Draft and post engaging job ads across relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Upwork, job boards)
  • Conduct initial phone screens and video interviews to assess communication skills, tech proficiency, and job fit
  • Coordinate skills assessments and follow-up interviews as needed
  • Communicate regularly with hiring managers and provide candidate recommendations
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the company



Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (remote experience required)
  • Experience as an internal or agency recruiter for a U.S.-based company preferred
  • Experience as a Corporate/Internal Recruiter supporting multiple departments preferred
  • Familiarity with construction industry recruiting is a plus (not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Tech‑savvy: proficient with Teams, SharePoint, ATS tools, and productivity platforms
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to assess soft skills, professionalism, and technical fit through interviews
