About the Role
We are seeking a thoughtful, analytical, and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will support customers by helping them understand complex topics and resolve inquiries with clear, accurate, and well-structured responses.
You will act as a trusted point of contact for users, simplifying technical or nuanced information while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer care.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in psychology, journalism, or social sciences who enjoys analytical thinking, clear communication, and problem-solving.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via helpdesk platforms and provide clear, accurate, and thoughtful responses.
- Break down complex topics and explain them in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
- Compare similar items and analyze subtle differences when resolving customer queries.
- Investigate issues thoroughly and provide solution-oriented support.
- Document interactions accurately in ticketing systems.
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and responsiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Degree or academic background in Psychology, Journalism, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Must be based in Argentina or Brazil.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with helpdesk or CRM tools such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Salesforce. Experience with HappyFox or Trello is a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely in a structured environment.
