About the Role

We are seeking a thoughtful, analytical, and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will support customers by helping them understand complex topics and resolve inquiries with clear, accurate, and well-structured responses.

You will act as a trusted point of contact for users, simplifying technical or nuanced information while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer care.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in psychology, journalism, or social sciences who enjoys analytical thinking, clear communication, and problem-solving.

What You'll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via helpdesk platforms and provide clear, accurate, and thoughtful responses.
  • Break down complex topics and explain them in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
  • Compare similar items and analyze subtle differences when resolving customer queries.
  • Investigate issues thoroughly and provide solution-oriented support.
  • Document interactions accurately in ticketing systems.
  • Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and responsiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree or academic background in Psychology, Journalism, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Must be based in Argentina or Brazil.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk or CRM tools such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Salesforce. Experience with HappyFox or Trello is a plus.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a structured environment.

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Full-time remote position.
