Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Service Operators (Video Games) to join our remote operations team.
In this role, you will handle customer communication, coordinate gaming service orders, and ensure a smooth experience from purchase to completion. You will act as the link between customers, service providers (boosters), and internal teams.
This is a fast-paced, chat-based role that combines customer support, sales, and operations coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle live chat conversations with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers in selecting the correct gaming services and completing purchases
- Assign orders to service providers and track progress
- Communicate with providers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Resolve customer issues (questions, complaints, refunds, delays)
- Monitor active orders and keep customers updated
- Coordinate with internal teams (quality control, management)
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new service providers
- Track competitor pricing and market trends
- Maintain accurate internal documentation and reports
Work Structure
- Fully remote (work from anywhere)
- Full-time: 160+ hours per month
- Structured 6-hour shifts + additional flexible tasks
- 24/7 operations (weekends and night shifts may be required)
Salary & Growth
- Training Phase: $200 (first 14–20 days)
- Junior (1–2 months): $400–$700
- Member: $600–$1,200
- Autonomous Operator: $800–$1,500
- Management Roles: $1,400+

Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (written)
- Fast typing speed (50+ WPM minimum)

- Reliable PC setup and stable internet connection
- Availability for scheduled shifts
- Discipline and reliability in a remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Experience in customer support or live chat roles
- Familiarity with MMORPGs (World of Warcraft, Destiny 2, etc.)
- Experience with Discord or similar tools
- Additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Arabic)
- Background in e-commerce or online services
