As a Customer Success Engineer, you will manage a portfolio of cybersecurity clients with a deep understanding of their business, risk profile, and security objectives. You will conduct technical onboarding, drive the adoption of PAM solutions, and provide hands-on, consultative support to build secure and scalable infrastructures.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients from a technical and consultative point of view;
  • Conduct comprehensive onboarding tailored to each client’s technical needs;
  • Understand client environments, risk exposure, and business goals;
  • Create and maintain internal documentation and infrastructure topology;
  • Execute periodic health checks and performance assessments of PAM platforms;
  • Offer technical recommendations aligned with industry best practices;
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure technical alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Networking, Engineering, or related areas;
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in information security, infrastructure, or technical consulting;
  • Experience in networks, Linux, virtualization (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V), and information security;
  • Fluent English (mandatory) — written and spoken;
  • Solid problem-solving skills, customer empathy, and clear communication.

Requirements (Nice to Have):

  • Knowledge of cloud security (certifications in AWS, Azure, etc.);
  • Experience with PAM, cloud and hybrid architectures, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
