Customer Success Specialist

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Customer Success Specialist (Market Expert) to join Certta’s international Customer Success team, supporting strategic accounts and driving customer growth across North America.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers achieve measurable business outcomes through Certta’s identity and fraud prevention solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining strong market expertise with a proactive customer-first mindset.

What you’ll do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic customers, ensuring high retention and satisfaction

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success plans aligned with customer goals

  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion

  • Monitor customer health, product usage, and performance metrics

  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic business conversations

  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, partnering with Product, Sales, and Support teams

  • Support customers with market insights, best practices, and fraud/identity trends

What you’ll need

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting roles (B2B SaaS preferred)

  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, retention, and growth strategies

  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for customers

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)

  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to guide decisions

  • Experience working with fintechs, banks, e-commerce, or digital identity/fraud solutions is a strong plus

  • Proactive, ownership-driven attitude with a passion for customer outcomes
