Customer Success Specialist
We’re looking for a talented and passionate Customer Success Specialist (Market Expert) to join Certta’s international Customer Success team, supporting strategic accounts and driving customer growth across North America.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers achieve measurable business outcomes through Certta’s identity and fraud prevention solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining strong market expertise with a proactive customer-first mindset.
What you’ll do
Own and manage a portfolio of strategic customers, ensuring high retention and satisfaction
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success plans aligned with customer goals
Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion
Monitor customer health, product usage, and performance metrics
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic business conversations
Serve as the voice of the customer internally, partnering with Product, Sales, and Support teams
Support customers with market insights, best practices, and fraud/identity trends
What you’ll need
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting roles (B2B SaaS preferred)
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, retention, and growth strategies
Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for customers
Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
Analytical mindset with comfort using data to guide decisions
Experience working with fintechs, banks, e-commerce, or digital identity/fraud solutions is a strong plus
Proactive, ownership-driven attitude with a passion for customer outcomes
