The Data Entry Assistant role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and mantaining company data cross multiple systems. This role supports teams by ensuring records related to services, schedules and documentation are complete, current and reliable. Timely and precise data entry is essential to enable smooth daily operations

The ideal candidate is someone who has great organizatinal skills, strong attention to detail and time management.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Enter, update and mantain data in company systems with a high level of accuracy;
  • Record daily services completed, scheduled work, and job-related details;
  • Input and mantain basic accounting and vendor records assigned;
  • Ensure documentation of processes and completed work is properly logged and stored;
  • Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across plataforms;
  • Follow-up scheduled work to confirm completion and ensure proper system documentation;
  • Generate and update periodic reports based on predefined requirements;
  • Adhere to stablished data entry, documentation, and communication guidelines;
  • Coordinate with internal teams to clarify data discrepancies or missing information.

What we expect from you:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support or operations support roles;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Associate's degree in Administration, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience;
  • Data entry and data management tools;
  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word);
  • CRM or database systems;
  • Task or workflow management software;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • High level of accuracy and consistency;
  • Time management and reliability;
  • Ability to follow standardized processes;
  • Responsiveness to internal request;
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

You will stand out if you have:

  • Advanced Excel Experience (formulas, pivot tables, basic data clean-up);
  • Process improvement mindset( spotting duplicates, gaps, inefficiencies);
  • Consistent accuracy under time constraints;
