Your journey as a Data Scientist:

As a Data Scientist at Volis, you will play a key role in building end-to-end solutions, from conception to production implementation. You will have the opportunity to:

• Design end-to-end solutions: Create predictive models and machine learning solutions that solve real business problems.
• Deliver business-critical data science solutions with Palantir Foundry: Use Palantir Foundry to develop, deploy, and operationalize analytical and machine learning solutions — from data exploration and modeling to production and decision support — in complex, high-impact enterprise environments.
• Explore massive data: Work with large volumes of data on cloud platforms, using advanced exploration and analysis techniques.
• Innovate with AI: Keep up with the latest trends in Artificial Intelligence and apply concepts like Generative AI in your projects.
• Directly impact the business: Collaborate with business areas to understand their needs and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Develop the team: Share your knowledge and help build a company that is a reference in the field.

What we are looking for:

• Solid experience: experience as a Data Scientist with a proven track record of impacting business outcomes, including experience deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production (MLOps) with tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI.
• Professional excellence: Deep knowledge in Python, SQL, machine learning techniques, data analysis and best practices for MLOps.
• Education: Quantitative fields such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering.
• Ownership mindset: Proactivity, autonomy, and a passion for solving complex problems.
• Results-oriented: Ability to deliver projects with quality and within established deadlines.
• Curiosity and continuous learning: Interest in keeping up with the latest market trends and enhancing your skills.
• Fluency in English: It is essential as we have English-speaking clients.

Nice to have skills:

• Advanced Palantir Foundry experience: Previous experience building enterprise-grade analytical or AI solutions on Palantir Foundry, including data modeling, operational workflows, and integration with production ML pipelines.
• Experience with Generative AI and/or Deep Learning.
• Master's degree in an analytical field.
