Digital Marketing Strategist (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, as well as one-off marketing initiatives when needed.

This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and project management, requiring close collaboration with clients and internal specialists to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies aligned with clients' business goals and target audiences.

  • Act as the primary point of contact and project manager for a portfolio of clients.

  • Lead client meetings to align on priorities, performance, and next steps.

  • Create, consolidate, and analyze marketing reports, tracking KPIs and generating actionable insights.

  • Write and adapt copy for social media, paid ads, and email marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with and lead internal specialists (paid media, content, design, CRM, etc.) to ensure high-quality execution.

  • Identify upsell opportunities and support client growth and satisfaction.

  • Conduct industry and competitor research to stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing.

  • 2+ years of experience in a mid-level or senior role.

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.

  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.

  • Proven experience working in a remote environment.

  • Fluent English (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Previous experience working at a marketing agency.

  • Knowledge of AI tools for process automation and content creation.
