Digital Marketing Strategist (Remote)

About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, as well as one-off marketing initiatives when needed.
This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and project management, requiring close collaboration with clients and internal specialists to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies aligned with clients' business goals and target audiences.
Act as the primary point of contact and project manager for a portfolio of clients.
Lead client meetings to align on priorities, performance, and next steps.
Create, consolidate, and analyze marketing reports, tracking KPIs and generating actionable insights.
Write and adapt copy for social media, paid ads, and email marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with and lead internal specialists (paid media, content, design, CRM, etc.) to ensure high-quality execution.
Identify upsell opportunities and support client growth and satisfaction.
Conduct industry and competitor research to stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in digital marketing.
2+ years of experience in a mid-level or senior role.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
Proven experience working in a remote environment.
Fluent English (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Previous experience working at a marketing agency.
Knowledge of AI tools for process automation and content creation.
