Instagram Management for 3 Premium Brands

Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is looking for a talented, reliable and highly creative freelance Social Media Manager / Content Creator to manage the Instagram presence of three distinct brands:
- Sensuri – premium sensory design and brand image
- Sensuri Homes – interiors, renovation, home staging and property enhancement
- Sensuri Maison – online furniture and décor store
We are looking for someone who can create strong, elegant and strategic content that helps each brand grow visibility, strengthen positioning and support conversions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Instagram content strategy for all 3 brands
- Create a monthly editorial calendar tailored to each brand
- Produce, edit and publish content for posts, carousels, Reels and stories
- Write captions and content adapted to different audiences and markets
- Maintain a clear distinction between the tone and identity of each brand
- Support community management, including comments and direct messages
- Monitor performance and provide monthly insights and recommendations
- Work closely with the founder to ensure visual consistency and premium brand alignment
Required Profile
- Proven experience managing Instagram accounts for brands or businesses
- Strong visual sense, branding awareness and content instincts
- Ability to create content for luxury, interiors, lifestyle, renovation and e-commerce sectors
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with Reels, short-form video, storytelling and conversion-focused content
Language Requirement
This role requires the ability to create and adapt content in:
- French
- German
- Italian
- English
- Portuguese
Native fluency in all languages is not mandatory, but the freelancer must be genuinely capable of producing or adapting content professionally across these markets.
