As Global Support Analyst, you will have the opportunity to be part of the transformation into a company in hypergrowth, besides being able to know other international cultures.

Activities:

  • Customer Call Handling;
  • Answering Calls to Resellers (doubt, transfer of knowledge);
  • Answering calls from internal areas (Commercial, Pre-sales, etc.);
  • Customer Incident Service;
  • Differentiated service to Prime Customers;
  • Call Screening.

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical customer service;
  • Experience with technology in general, especially with Infrastructure;
  • Knowledge of networks, Linux, Virtualization (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-v), Information Security;
  • *Advanced English or Spanish for daily use and customer support.

Differential:

  • Knowledge of PAM and IAM;
  • Spanish language.

Time (We have positions for different time scales):

  • Daily 8-hour scale to be defined between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm.
  • Availability to work on a 12x36 scale, daily or night (from 7 am to 7 pm).
