As Global Support Analyst, you will have the opportunity to be part of the transformation into a company in hypergrowth, besides being able to know other international cultures.

Activities:
- Customer Call Handling;
- Answering Calls to Resellers (doubt, transfer of knowledge);
- Answering calls from internal areas (Commercial, Pre-sales, etc.);
- Customer Incident Service;
- Differentiated service to Prime Customers;
- Call Screening.
Requirements:
- Experience in technical customer service;
- Experience with technology in general, especially with Infrastructure;
- Knowledge of networks, Linux, Virtualization (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-v), Information Security;
- *Advanced English or Spanish for daily use and customer support.
Differential:
- Knowledge of PAM and IAM;
- Spanish language.
Time (We have positions for different time scales):
- Daily 8-hour scale to be defined between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm.
- Availability to work on a 12x36 scale, daily or night (from 7 am to 7 pm).
