About the position

As an Head ofAlliances, you will be responsible for shaping and expanding Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s global ecosystem through high-impact strategic partnerships. This role focuses on identifying and developing alliances with technology companies, marketplaces, and complementary platforms that strengthen Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s technological reach, integrations, and market positioning.

With a strong international scope, the position operates at a strategic level, building senior relationships with partners across the United States and Europe, and working closely with internal teams to ensure alliances are aligned with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s platform vision, product strategy, and long-term business objectives.

 

Your Impact

  • Identify, prospect, and establish strategic global alliances with technology companies, marketplaces, and complementary platforms;
  • Build and manage senior and executive-level relationships, acting as Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s strategic point of contact with key partners;
  • Define and execute a global alliances strategy focused on ecosystem expansion, integrations, and long-term value creation;
  • Drive partner activation and engagement, ensuring alliances translate into concrete initiatives, integrations, and collaboration;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to align alliances with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s platform, roadmap, and positioning;
  • Define and monitor strategic KPIs related to partnership quality, relevance, and level of activation and engagement.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in strategic alliances or partnerships with large global technology B2B companies;
  • Strong ability to understand technical products, platforms, and complex technology ecosystems;
  • Solid business and market acumen, with the ability to evaluate partnership value beyond immediate revenue;
  • Experience working in global, multi-stakeholder environments, engaging with senior and C-level executives;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and influence cross-functional teams;
  • Fluent English (mandatory).

 

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with marketplaces and platform ecosystems or cybersecurity, edge computing, cloud, or developer-centric technologies;
  • Previous exposure to partnerships with US and European technology companies;
  • Experience contributing to or enabling technical integrations and joint solutions;
  • Advanced or fluent Spanish.
