The Role

Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Marketing, US, to lead our marketing efforts in the United States. This is a "player-coach" role for a strategic leader who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and execute. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to build our brand, generate demand, and drive revenue growth in the US market. You will own the US marketing plan from strategy to execution, overseeing all marketing activities and ensuring alignment with our global marketing and business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Own the US Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy that encompasses brand marketing, demand generation, and marketing operations.

  • Drive Demand Generation: Build and manage a robust demand generation engine to create a strong pipeline of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs). Your primary KPI will be leads generated/influenced and account coverage.

  • Lead Brand Building Initiatives: Increase brand awareness, and position Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) as a thought leader and innovator in the industry.

  • Oversee Marketing Operations: Manage the marketing technology stack, analytics, and reporting to ensure we are tracking and optimizing our marketing performance.

  • Content & Social Media: Own the US social media calendar and strategy for evergreen content.

  • Events & Field Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution for field marketing initiatives including VIP dinners, roundtables, partner events, and trade shows.

  • Team Leadership: As a player-coach, you will be hands-on in executing the marketing plan while also building and leading a high-performing marketing team in the US.

  • Sales Alignment: Work closely with the US sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and that the sales team is supported with high-quality leads and effective sales enablement materials.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company.

  • A demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have driven significant revenue growth.

  • Deep expertise in demand generation, including account-based marketing (ABM), performance marketing, and lead nurturing.

  • Strong experience in brand marketing, including public relations, content marketing, and social media.

  • A data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of marketing analytics and ROI.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • A hands-on, "player-coach" mentality with a willingness to be involved in the day-to-day execution of marketing tasks.
