Healthcare Receptionist (Client Advocate) - Remote

Responsibilities:
- Handle patient scheduling and inquiries
- Handle client inquiries and support
- Collaborate with healthcare providers for accurate documentation
- Provide regular reports
- Coordinate with team members to ensure clear communication and completion of tasks
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and clear communication in all tasks
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks
Essential Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills: speaking and writing (high fluency/native speaker level)
- Strong customer service/communication background
- Friendly and outgoing
- Strong attention to detail
- Leadership qualities and initiative
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of EHR platforms
- Proficiency in G-Suite applications
Experience and Education:
- Experience in English customer service
Schedule: 9 AM–5 PM US Utah Time
This is a fully remote position.
