The Hiring Coordinator role will give you broad exposure to how a growing software company attracts and selects talent. You will play a key role in connecting candidates with opportunities across product development, sales and marketing, and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple roles and departments.
  • Conduct structured, conversational screening calls to understand candidates’ experience, skills, and motivations.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate notes and candidate information in our tools and systems.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and next steps.
  • Provide timely, respectful updates to candidates, including when they are not moving forward.

You will work closely with company leadership and team members involved in training and people operations. Together, you will learn how each role is defined and what qualities help someone succeed in that role, so you can identify candidates who are likely to thrive.

Work Environment and Location

This is a 100% remote role. You can work from any location, with a preference for working hours that overlap with the Eastern Time zone to support interview scheduling. We offer an informal, collaborative work environment.

Compensation and Hours

  • Compensation: 63 BRL per hour plus performance-based bonuses
