We are looking for an HR Analyst to act as our operational support in the Human Resources area. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized, a good communicator, and who enjoys a dynamic workplace.
Living in Paranaguá/PR or nearby is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Support time and frequency control routines (absences, delays, overtime).
Conduct operational stages of the hiring process: screening resumes, contacting candidates, organizing interviews, and communications.
Administer hiring and termination processes (documentation, exams, registration, onboarding, etc.).
Answer employee questions about benefits, vacation time, payroll, and internal policies.
Support the department with administrative and internal communication activities.
Contribute to the onboarding of new employees and support training
Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills
High school degree (preferably studying or graduated in HR).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Organization, proactivity, and ability to work in a team.
Desirable: knowledge of labor legislation, advanced Excel, English.
