We are seeking experienced Freight Broker Agents who bring an active book of business. This is a commission-based, remote opportunity ideal for self-motivated professionals who want the freedom to grow their portfolio while leveraging our operational support, carrier network, and technology.
- Manage and grow your existing book of business (shippers and/or carriers)
- Source, negotiate, and book freight (FTL, LTL, partials, specialized, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers
- Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring on-time performance
- Negotiate competitive rates while maintaining healthy margins
- Resolve any issues related to loads (delays, claims, etc.)
- Utilize TMS and tracking tools to manage shipments efficiently
- Must be fluent in English.
Job Type: Commission
Pay: R$1,700.00 - R$20,000.00 per month
