We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support a large-scale global network consolidation program following a major merger. This is a high-impact role within a complex, multi-region environment, helping integrate and standardize network infrastructure across a global organization.
You will work closely with the Head of Global Network Infrastructure, acting as a key execution partner responsible for driving structure, coordination, and delivery across teams, regions, and external vendors.
This is an opportunity to be part of a high-visibility global program at scale, working across regions and cultures, and playing a key role in delivering a critical post-merger integration initiative. This role is focused on execution and coordination rather than technical solution design.
What you will do in this role:
- Drive day-to-day execution of a global IT network consolidation program
- Build and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and dependencies
- Coordinate multiple workstreams across regions, sites, and vendors
- Support governance processes, including steering committees and leadership updates
- Track risks, issues, dependencies (RAID), and mitigation plans
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and delivery milestones
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and ensure alignment across global stakeholders
- Prepare clear, structured reporting for senior leadership
- Maintain project documentation including action logs, decision registers, and change tracking
This position is right for you if you have:
- Track record of supporting large-scale transformation or integration initiatives
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-region or global programs
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Solid skills in project planning, dependency management, and risk tracking
- Comfortable working in large, matrixed organizations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Highly organized, proactive, and delivery-focused
- Advanced English skills
It would be great if you have:
- Experience in post-merger integration or large transformation programs
- Exposure to infrastructure or network-related projects
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
Working Environment
- Fully remote role based in Spain or Portugal
- Daily collaboration across Europe and Brazil (São Paulo)
- Early start (~7 AM Portugal time) to enable global coordination
- International, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment
- You will be working in partnership with e-Core, supporting our client's global IT organization
