We are a mission-driven and fast-growing startup. We install stairlifts, ramps, and wheelchair lifts for seniors in the Bay Area. We're growing fast, profitable, and founder-led. Every sale you close means a family can stay in their home safely.
The Role
You own two revenue streams:
- Remote Assessments: Closing simple jobs entirely over the phone by reviewing photos and pricing remotely
- Quote Follow-Up: Re-engaging prospects who already received a quote but haven't committed. You follow up relentlessly, handle objections with empathy, and turn "maybe" into "yes."
What You'll Do
- Work the "Quote Sent" pipeline daily — call, text, and email until you get a decision
- Conduct virtual assessments: review photos, price the job, and close on the spot
- Navigate sensitive conversations with seniors and their adult children with
- genuine care
What You Bring
- Proven sales track record — you've consistently hit quota in a phone-heavy role
- Clear, confident English — you'll be speaking with elderly clients who need to understand you easily
- Comfort with 50+ outbound calls per day without losing energy or empathy
- Ability to learn technical product specs (stairlifts, ramps, lifts) quickly and explain them simply
- High EQ — consultative and patient, never aggressive
