Aligned to the best practices of assets and timelines control this position ensure the targets achievements on quoations to Pre Sales, imports, exports and Lepoc movements as well as always when possible the re-use of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) assets over different solutions through the controlling and management of best practices relative to supply chain such receipt, storage, dispatching and RMA, including disposal of obsoletes in accordance with best practices recommended by ISO 9001 & 14001.

Higlightening high skills over customs legislation on each country, this job keeps attention to compliance purposes with several stackholder such Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) customer, Sales and Pre-Sales, Finance team, Taxes, Operations, Procurement and others. This position acts directly and supports new revenues, cost control, compliance, best customer experience and our bottom lines.

  • Improving the dead lines of international trade for pre-defined region across Latam;

What I’ll be doing – your accountabilities

Outsourced warehouse management in the LATAM region: Receipts, Storage, Inventory control, Local distribution, Reverse logistics/RMA, Disposals and KPIs.


  • Foreign Trade operations: Imports and Exports processes running up on the best timelines and costs of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) assets across different countries in Latin America, being responsible for the South Cone countries: Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia and also Peru. Acting also as backup for Central America contries and México.
  • Import/Export costs, taxes and fees planning on Pre Sales supporting, maintaining job compliance such customs legislation purposes in Latam.
  • International shipping controlling through previous check and instructions to dispatches.
  • Ensuring the best interface with engineering area for fiscal classification (HTS code).
  • Interfacing with Finance department for cash flow planning of fees and taxes payment.
  • Keep updated standard guidelines at SharePoint for all Latam International trade processes.
  • Have updated metrics allowing business to measure the operations.
  • Managing internal deliveries from airports to customer premises attending best balance between costs x dead lines.
  • Search for process optimizations, improvements and cost reductions, participation in RFPs and contracts with services providers.
  • Ensure and manage RMA’s with across Latam interfacing with customers and partners.
  • Ensure and manage LATAM supply chain/logistics documentations is reviewed & updated conform the ISO 9001 standards.
  • When needed always provide the right electronics disposals under the best practices defined by ISO 14001.

Skills required for the job


Languages: Advanced level of English (Mandatory) and Spanish.

  • Knowledge of warehousing and logistic management to apply on day to day.
  • International trade coordination with holistic view of the whole process, door-to-door, multimodal (air, maritime and foreign road shipments).
  • The ability to lead through change and consistently deliver brilliant outcomes for the business and the customer experience.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could hinder customer value or business outcomes.
  • Define and deliver continuous improvement initiatives and lead tasks and initiatives within your unit.
  • Microsoft skills for data analysis, presentation and reporting activities.
  • Thirdy parties monitoring and management skills keeping good communication and regular follow ups over the targets and timelines.
  • Strong customer service experience and ability to navigate independently within Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) to resolve barriers with the wider Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) community and third party suppliers.
  • Be passionate about excellent customer experience delivering a high quality of service, fast ways of making things happen and adding Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) values.
  • Good organization and commercial skills.
  • Solid understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, with the ability to apply best practices in quality management, environmental protection, and occupational health & safety, including compliant disposal processes for materials and electronic equipment.

Experience you would be expected to have

A proven track record in Logistic Management activities including, order fulfilment, inventory control, supply/demand and planning and management of third- party logistic services providers.

  • Work experience in Telecoms and/or Data Communications.
  • Track record of building great working relationships with peers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in running complex operations across multiple countries.
  • Experience in running improvement projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and optimize partner and supplier relationships.
  • Good understanding of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) product set and service offering and industry trends affecting our customers.
