We are looking for a Junior Sales Engineer to support our Brazil team in technical pre-sales activities focused on existing and renewal customers. This is a fast-track growth opportunity designed for professionals with a solid technical background who want to transition into a more strategic, customer-facing, and business-oriented role. You will work closely with Senior Sales Engineers, technical teams, partners, and customers, helping demonstrate the value of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s Identity Security platform while developing both technical and consultative sales skills.

Main responsibilities:

• Support technical sales activities for base and renewal customers;
• Deliver technical presentations and initial product demonstrations of Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s Identity Security solutions (PAM, EPM, Secrets, Certificates, Cloud IAM, ITDR, CIEM, etc.);
• Assist in Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) engagements under senior supervision;
• Support RFPs, technical questionnaires, and proposal creation;
• Help maintain demo environments and execute technical validation scenarios;
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal technical/commercial teams throughout the technical sales cycle;
• Participate in webinars, industry events, partner enablement, and internal projects;
• Document customer requirements, technical feedback, and Salesforce updates with strong organizational discipline;
• Continuously develop technical and soft skills through mentorship and training.

Main requirements:

• Experience in Technical Sales, Professional Services, Support, Deployment, or related cybersecurity functions;
• Solid technical foundations in Networking, Windows/Linux, infrastructure, and cybersecurity concepts;
• Familiarity with IAM/PAM, authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, Active Directory, LDAP, or related technologies;
• Strong communication and technical writing skills;
• Customer-oriented mindset with interest in consultative and value-driven technical sales;
• High learning agility, curiosity, ownership, and autonomy;
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly for both technical and business audiences;
• Experience working with enterprise customers or complex technical environments;
• Fluent English;
• Availability to travel 20–30% within Brazil.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Knowledge of scripting, DevOps, cloud-native environments, or integrations;
• Cybersecurity or networking certifications (Security+, CCNA, Network+, SSCP, etc.);
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms.
