We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Vendor Operations Analyst to join our Customer Success team. Our platform helps property management companies manage their vendor networks, and successful vendor enrollment is a critical part of delivering value to our clients. While our management company partners are responsible for inviting their vendors to VendorSmart, large vendor populations and incomplete contact information can sometimes make enrollment challenging.

The Vendor Enrollment Coordinator will work alongside our Customer Success team to help clients increase vendor enrollment across their portfolios. You'll identify unenrolled vendors, research and validate accurate contact information, conduct outreach, send platform invitations, and help vendors navigate the enrollment process. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys research, organization, communication, and seeing measurable results from their work.

What we Offer:

- Payment in US Dollar;
- 100% Remote Work;
- PJ Contract.

What You'll Do
- Manage assigned populations of unenrolled vendors across VendorSmart client accounts;
- Research vendors to identify accurate and up-to-date business contact information;
- Validate and update vendor contact information when existing records are incomplete or inaccurate;
- Send enrollment invitations and conduct timely follow-up outreach;
- Communicate directly with vendors and assist them with questions throughout the enrollment process;
- Track outreach activity, vendor responses, enrollment progress, and unresolved issues;
- Maintain accurate records and clear next steps for vendors within your assigned pipeline;
- Identify vendors who are unreachable, inactive, duplicated, or require additional client review;
- Escalate recurring issues or enrollment barriers to the appropriate Customer Success team member;
- Provide regular updates on enrollment activity, progress, and outcomes;
- Assist the Customer Success team with account research, data maintenance, client initiatives, and other projects as needed.

What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Resourcefulness and comfort conducting independent online research;
- Ability to manage a high volume of contacts and follow-ups without losing track of details;
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of assigned work;
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, CRM-style systems, and web-based software;
- Ability to communicate professionally with both vendors and internal team members;
- Good judgment when determining when to resolve an issue independently and when to escalate;
- Ability to prioritize work across multiple client accounts and deadlines;
- Experience in customer success, customer service, account support, vendor management, property management, sales development, operations, or another client-facing role is helpful but not required.

What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means taking ownership of the enrollment process for your assigned vendor populations. You'll systematically move vendors from identification and research through outreach, invitation, follow-up, and ultimately enrollment whenever possible. You'll be measured not only by the number of vendors who enroll, but also by the quality and consistency of your work: accurate contact research, effective outreach, timely follow-up, clean recordkeeping, and your ability to continuously move the enrollment pipeline forward.
