Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support Kofax TotalAgility (TTA) workflows, including capture, classification, extraction, validation, and exception handling.
- Develop document automation solutions using Kofax Capture, Transformation Modules, OCR/ICR, and integrate with ECM/BPM systems.
- Implement and enhance automation using JavaScript, C#, .NET, Python, REST APIs, JSON/XML.
- Integrate Generative AI / AI ML tools (LLMs, document understanding, summarization, entity extraction) into document workflows.
- Support cloud enabled solutions (Azure/AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance in Kofax environments.
- Ensure compliance, security, and documentation standards within banking or regulated environments.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and provide guidance to junior developers when needed.
Required qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of overall IT experience, with 2+ years hands-on in Kofax TotalAgility (TTA) including Kofax Capture, Transformation Modules, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
- Core Skills: Design, develop, and support Kofax TTA workflows, document classification, extraction, validation, exception handling, and end-to-end capture-to-ECM/BPM integrations.
- GenAI & AI Stack: Experience integrating Generative AI and AI/ML services into document workflows (LLMs, document understanding, summarization, entity extraction, conversational search).
