Korber Support Developer
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide ongoing support for Körber WMS applications, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
· Analyze and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and business impact.
· Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patching activities.
· Customize and extend Körber applications based on business requirements.
· Develop and maintain scripts or custom code to enhance system functionality.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, and operations) to support system improvements and enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Developer/Support Specialist working on Körber (HighJump) WMS solutions.
· Strong hands-on experience with Körber suite products and configurations.
· Experience in customization and extension of Körber applications.
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages relevant to Körber environments.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Good understanding of system maintenance, upgrades, and support processes.
Soft Skills:
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment.
· Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
