Responsibilities
- Build and refine AI agents using LLMs such as OpenAI APIs on Azure
- Architect and deliver function calling approaches to expand AI agent capabilities
- Improve chatbot accuracy and dependability using hallucination prevention techniques
- Integrate and streamline AI workflows with Python-based implementations
- Coordinate responsible AI and compliance work to align with ethical AI guidelines
- Lead NLP and Conversational AI efforts across design and delivery
- Collaborate with teams to enable agent-based training and AI-driven shopping solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience with LLMs, Claude Code, or similar technologies with 5+ years of hands-on delivery
- Strong coding proficiency in Python for AI development, integration, and workflow automation
- Deep understanding of hallucination prevention techniques and MCP for reliable agent behavior
- Solid background in Responsible AI, compliance best practices, and ethical AI standards
- Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI use cases
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
Nice to have
- Ability to define and implement testing strategies using chatbot performance metrics
- Proficiency in exploratory data analysis (EDA) and A/B testing methodologies
- Understanding of cloud services or ability to define cloud engineering requirements
- Experience creating data requirements for data engineering teams
