You will coordinate multi-domain workstreams, align with security and compliance, and provide executive-ready reporting—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Own infrastructure workstreams for M&A integrations, ensuring Day 1 readiness and post-close follow-through

- Conduct technical discovery and environment assessments; create target-state architecture and integration approach recommendations

- Integrate security, compliance, and risk management requirements into execution (data protection, access controls, audits)
- Coordinate with application, security, workplace, and business teams and manage vendor/MSP participation when necessary
- Track milestones, risks, and issues and report status transparently to program and executive leadership
- Plan resources and manage budgets for infrastructure integration initiatives
- Create operational documentation and runbooks to support downstream handovers
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, with 1+ years leading complex, cross-domain initiatives
- Experience leading M&A infrastructure integration or comparable enterprise integration/migration programs
- Strong capability across networking, identity (AD/Azure AD/SSO), and endpoint management (Intune/SCCM/MDM), with awareness of cloud/hybrid models and baseline security practices
- Ability to guide geographically dispersed teams through influence and stakeholder alignment
- Proven skills in program/project execution: planning, governance, risk controls, and contingency planning
- Excellent communication skills, translating technical details into clear business language
- Demonstrated expertise with TSA planning/execution or divestiture separation, plus understanding of Zero Trust and cloud-based migration frameworks
- English B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) written and spoken proficiency
