We are seeking a Portuguese-speaking Lead Infrastructure Integration Engineer to plan and deliver M&A infrastructure integrations across on-prem and hybrid environments. You will coordinate multi-domain workstreams, align with security and compliance, and provide executive-ready reporting—apply now.

Responsibilities

  • Own infrastructure workstreams for M&A integrations, ensuring Day 1 readiness and post-close follow-through
  • Design and manage integration strategy artifacts, including roadmaps, milestones, TSA inputs, and rollback planning
  • Conduct technical discovery and environment assessments; create target-state architecture and integration approach recommendations
  • Work closely with Network & Connectivity (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, segmentation), Identity & Access (AD/Azure AD/Entra, SSO/MFA, IAM, privileged access), Messaging & Collaboration (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace migrations), Endpoint & Device Management (Intune/SCCM/MDM, patching, encryption), Server/Cloud Platforms (Windows/Linux, virtualization, AWS/Azure/GCP), and ITSM & Monitoring (ServiceNow, CMDB, logging/observability) domain owners
  • Integrate security, compliance, and risk management requirements into execution (data protection, access controls, audits)
  • Coordinate with application, security, workplace, and business teams and manage vendor/MSP participation when necessary
  • Track milestones, risks, and issues and report status transparently to program and executive leadership
  • Plan resources and manage budgets for infrastructure integration initiatives
  • Create operational documentation and runbooks to support downstream handovers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, with 1+ years leading complex, cross-domain initiatives
  • Experience leading M&A infrastructure integration or comparable enterprise integration/migration programs
  • Strong capability across networking, identity (AD/Azure AD/SSO), and endpoint management (Intune/SCCM/MDM), with awareness of cloud/hybrid models and baseline security practices
  • Ability to guide geographically dispersed teams through influence and stakeholder alignment
  • Proven skills in program/project execution: planning, governance, risk controls, and contingency planning
  • Excellent communication skills, translating technical details into clear business language
  • Demonstrated expertise with TSA planning/execution or divestiture separation, plus understanding of Zero Trust and cloud-based migration frameworks
  • English B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) written and spoken proficiency
  • Brazilian Portuguese B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) proficiency

Nice to have

  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP/Prince2, Azure/AWS, CCNA/CCNP, or security-related certifications
