Área: Tecnologia da Informação

Nível: Gerente

The Role

You will take full ownership of an existing production Next.js application.

You will maintain it, evolve it, and make long-term technical decisions that directly affect the business.

This is not a greenfield role.
This is not a junior role.
This is not a feature-only role.

You own the system.

What You Will Do

  • Own the Next.js codebase in production
  • Ship reliable changes daily via full CI/CD
  • Maintain automated deploy pipelines
  • Own unit and end-to-end test coverage on critical paths
  • Handle production issues end-to-end
  • Make architectural decisions with long-term consequences
  • Improve maintainability without slowing delivery
  • Document systems and decisions clearly

What Success Looks Like

  • The CTO is no longer involved in day-to-day engineering
  • Production is boring and predictable, supported by CI/CD, automated deploys, and test coverage
  • The codebase becomes easier to work with over time
  • Features ship without drama or rework

Who This Is For

  • Engineers who have owned production systems
  • People comfortable being accountable for failures
  • Builders who prefer shipping over perfection
  • Developers who think in outcomes, not tools

Who This Is Not For

  • Early-career engineers
  • People who need constant direction
  • Engineers who avoid production responsibility
  • Resume-driven or framework-tourist developers

Required Experience

  • Ownership of a production web application
  • Experience maintaining inherited codebases
  • Deep familiarity with Next.js in production
  • Comfort debugging real-world issues

Remuneration

Compensation aligned with skills, experience, and impact
