Job Summary

Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is seeking a strategic and execution-focused LinkedIn Specialist to drive lead generation, brand positioning, and talent sourcing efforts within the healthcare and technology space. This role will own and optimize our LinkedIn ecosystem across Sales, Marketing, and Recruiting functions, ensuring we fully leverage LinkedIn as a growth engine.

The ideal candidate is a LinkedIn expert with deep platform knowledge — potentially someone who has worked at LinkedIn as an SME or in a platform advisory capacity — and understands how to engage healthcare decision-makers (practice owners, administrators, and clinical leaders), convert LinkedIn engagement into qualified sales opportunities for our EHR solutions, and attract top talent through strategic sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting within U.S.-based medical practices

  • Build and maintain strategic lead lists aligned with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

  • Execute outbound LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified sales conversations

  • Develop and publish LinkedIn content supporting brand awareness, thought leadership, and sales initiatives

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align LinkedIn strategy with pipeline and revenue goals

  • Monitor engagement metrics, response rates, and conversion performance to continuously optimize strategy

  • Support campaign initiatives, product announcements, and industry-specific messaging

  • Identify opportunities to leverage LinkedIn tools (events, groups, messaging, content formats) to expand reach and engagement

  • Lead and optimize recruitment sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Recruiter Lite

  • Build targeted talent pipelines for sales, marketing, tech, and healthcare roles

  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to develop proactive sourcing campaigns aligned with workforce planning

  • Utilize advanced search filters, Boolean strategies, and InMail campaigns to engage high-quality candidates

  • Track sourcing performance metrics including response rates, pipeline health, and time-to-engagement

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B lead generation

  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Recruiter Lite for sourcing and talent acquisition

  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or selling to medical practices is strongly preferred

  • Background in outbound sales strategy, ICP targeting, social selling, and recruitment marketing

  • Ability to craft professional, persuasive outreach messaging for both prospects and candidates

  • Experience creating LinkedIn content aligned with business growth and employer branding objectives

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ATS platforms, and sales reporting tools

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and improve performance metrics across sales and recruiting funnels

  • Comfortable working with U.S.-based teams and target market

  • Prior experience working at LinkedIn or serving as a LinkedIn Subject Matter Expert (SME) is highly preferred

This is an independent contractor position.

Job Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
