Strattz is a US-focused digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through practical, results-driven marketing.
For this role, you will work through Strattz as a contractor supporting a client with multiple brands and locations in the United States. Your main goal will be to bring visibility, structure, and consistent execution to the client’s reputation management across all locations.
This role includes reputation operations, listings management, reporting, automation, and recommendations for improvement. You will support this function within the scope of the role, working directly with client stakeholders and helping them understand what is happening across their locations and what actions should be taken.
This is a remote contractor role. The client is based in the United States, and client-facing communication and meetings happen in Los Angeles time.
REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Relevant experience in reputation management, listings, local SEO, or multi-location local marketing.
- Ability to manage client communication and day-to-day execution with autonomy.
- Experience building reports or dashboards that create clear visibility into performance.
- Hands-on experience operating tools and workflows for reputation management, listings, reporting, and automation.
- Familiarity with reputation management platforms such as: ReviewTrackers, Birdeye, Podium, and Reputation.
- Ability to recommend, set up, and manage tools and automations for the job, including review request workflows and SMS-based processes when applicable.
- Strong organization and judgment in handling public responses, sensitive cases, and ongoing follow-up.
DESIRABLES (NON-MANDATORY)
- Experience with healthcare clients or other regulated industries.
- Experience with multi-location businesses.
- Experience creating workflows, playbooks, or operating processes.
- Ability to turn feedback and reputation data into practical business recommendations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the client’s reputation management function across brands, locations, and relevant platforms.
- Create clear visibility into what is happening across all locations through dashboards, reports, recurring updates, and performance analysis.
- Monitor, manage, and respond to reviews, escalating sensitive cases when needed.
- Maintain and improve listings accuracy, consistency, and overall presence across relevant platforms.
- Identify patterns, recurring issues, risks, and opportunities, then turn them into practical recommendations.
- Recommend, implement, and manage the tools and workflows used for reputation management, reporting, listings, and review generation.
- Build and improve review request workflows, including SMS-based automations when applicable.
- Help maintain the operating structure, reporting cadence, and process standards for this function within the scope of the role.
- Communicate findings, priorities, and recommendations directly with client stakeholders.
