The Role
Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is hiring one Market Product Readiness Lead per market to ensure that the platform is locally accurate, culturally relevant, and product-ready for self-service use by clients.
This role owns Product Readiness at the market level. It is not a sales role and not a client servicing role. The focus is ensuring that brands, categories, queries, and cultural topics are properly configured so that Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s self-service platform delivers meaningful, credible, and locally grounded insights.
The Market Product Readiness Lead sits at the intersection of culture, data, and product operations. You ensure that Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s intelligence reflects how culture actually behaves in your market, at speed.
This role operates in close, ongoing coordination with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)’s APAC Managing Director (Singapore), APAC Head of Operations (Jakarta), Product Enablement team (Brazil), and Account Managers supporting global clients in Europe and Brazil. The focus of these interactions is product calibration, market readiness, and platform configuration — not sales or client ownership.
What Product Readiness Means at Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)
Product Readiness is the continuous responsibility to ensure that, for each client and market:
Brands are correctly configured within the platform
Categories and subcategories accurately reflect the local market reality
Queries are robust, unambiguous, and culturally sound
Relevant cultural topics and niches are properly mapped to each category
The platform is calibrated so that insights surfaced through self-service are meaningful, credible, and locally relevant
This is an ongoing responsibility. Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) is a live platform and culture evolves quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Product Readiness & Platform Calibration
Own ongoing Product Readiness for one specific market.
Provide a final validation layer before local insights, taxonomies, or configurations are scaled or reused for clients.
Ensure queries and topic mappings are culturally accurate and methodologically sound.
Continuously refine cultural topics, niches, and category logic as culture evolves.
Act as the market-level authority on how brands, categories, and cultural behavior intersect.
Cultural Intelligence & Taxonomy Stewardship
Maintain and evolve local taxonomies, category structures, and cultural mappings.
Ensure local nuance is preserved and global assumptions do not flatten culture.
Provide a final validation layer before local insights, taxonomies, or configurations are scaled or reused for clients.
Freelancer Coordination (Quality Ownership)
Coordinate with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados)-approved local freelancers acting as cultural localizers.
Review outputs for cultural accuracy, relevance, and strategic rigor.
Approve quality only. Hiring decisions, contracting, and payments remain centralized with Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados).
Client Interaction (Limited & Structured)
Support product setup and calibration for clients when required.
Participate in client calls only when invited, and always alongside a Confidencial (Apenas para Cadastrados) FTE.
Do not run client calls independently.
Do not own the client relationship.
Explicitly Out of Scope
This role does not include:
Sales, renewals, or commercial negotiation
Running client relationships
Producing bespoke analyses, reports, or decks
Ongoing interpretation of insights post-setup
Making commitments on roadmap, pricing, or data coverage
The role is product configuration and cultural calibration, not consulting.
Working Model & Availability
~20 hours per week, contractor basis
Async-first working style
Mandatory availability for:
Pre-scheduled product or client setup calls
Standing overlap with EST and BRT time zones (minimum 2x per week)
Fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
Expected to operate autonomously and proactively within scope

Profile & Background
Experience in cultural strategy, brand planning, consumer insights, or adjacent fields.
Strong understanding of how culture manifests through content, creators, and communities.
Comfortable working with data platforms and AI-powered tools (non-technical).
Native fluency in the local language; strong professional English.
Able to structure complex cultural signals into clear, usable frameworks.
Comfortable operating independently in a high-ownership, startup environment.
